Now that you have configured your Nomadeos, go to the next tutorial: Tutorial - Using your Nomadeos.
Problems sometimes encountered
When testing your travel Nomadeos, make sure it is properly connected to your Internet box: the WAN port of the Nomadeos must be connected to an Ethernet port of your box.
Reminder: Both Nomadeos devices (travel and home) must be connected to your Internet box by cable during the initial configuration.
If it still does not work, please contact our customer support.
51820 (external port)
When you try to enter port 51820 in the External Port field,
a message may appear:
"Ports must be between XXX and XXX".
This message occurs when you do not yet have a dedicated IP address.
If you skipped the dedicated IP address request step (2:00 in the video), please complete it, wait approximately 30 minutes, then restart your Bouygues box. This will resolve the problem in most cases.
If the problem persists despite this, it may be an anomaly present on some Bouygues routers. In this case, contact your Bouygues operator and explain that despite your request for a dedicated IP address, some ports remain blocked.
